20,000 students reached!

KWTales is proud to announce that on Monday June 2nd, 2008 we reached the 20,000th student with our unique blend of science and conservation through storytelling. The students at Harbor Heights Elementary helped us celebrate in style with one of our best presentations of the year. A big thanks to all of our sponsors, including the Russell Family Foundation, NOAA Fisheries, the Norcliffe Foundation and to folks like you!

In the 2008-2009 school year we are expanding our geographical range, offering programs as far south as Portland, Oregon and San Francisco!

If you want to "bring the field" of orca research and conservation to your classroom, click here and download a copy of our registration form (Adobe PDF) or call the office at 206.660.0835.
